Welcome to Ruthin Camera Club

Our 2024 season is well under way 

    We remain open to new members, and it has been great to welcome some new people to the club.  We try to cater for photographers of all abilities and aim to offer something for everyone in our programme of events. Have a look at the gallery and take a look under the "programme" tab above to see what's on offer in the coming season.  We have talks from guest and in-house speakers, competition nights and various photographic challenges.  Club competitions are open to all paid up members, and we also take part in inter-club competitions. We meet at the vestry rooms of Tabernacl Capel on Well Street, Ruthin.  Meetings start at 7.30pm and generally go on til 9.30pm with a break for a cuppa, biscuits and a raffle at half time.  If you live locally and have an interest in photography, why not come along for the evening and see what we have to offer. There is no obligation to join.

    So far this season we have already had some interesting workshops, some inspiring talks, and some great competitions.  See the programme for details of what we've been up to and what we have in store for the new year.  We came =4th in the North Wales Photographic Association inter club PDI competition, our best ever result.  We will be taking a break from meetings after 10th December until we meet again 7th January.       We wish you all a very merry Christmas - Nadolig Llawen a blwyddyn newydd da!
